These photos were taken recently from the top of the Howelsen Place condominiums.
Currently under construction, Howelsen Place will become nerve-central to downtown Steamboat Springs. Located at 7th & Lincoln, the true epicenter of downtown, Howelsen Place will be the main connection between Lincoln and Yampa Avenue.
The residential condominiums are already over 60% sold, yet some of our best homes are still available for purchase...including 3 of the 4 homes from which these photos were taken. Prices start in the mid-$600,000's for Howelsen Place, and completion is expected for late 2008.
